Breaking down healthcare barriers
A secure, standards-based testing platform for the CMS Interoperability & Patient Access (CMS-9115-F) and Prior Authorization (CMS-0057-F) rules - powered by HL7® FHIR®.
A single solution for CMS interoperability mandates
CMS aims to deliver on the promise of interoperability through two key regulations: the Interoperability and Patient Access Rule (CMS-9115-F) and the Interoperability and Prior Authorization Final Rule (CMS-0057-F).
To help payers meet these mandates, the Acentra Health Interoperability Solution enables secure, standards-based APIs that move data across the healthcare ecosystem - from payer systems (producers) to patients, EHR/EMR systems, and other payers (consumers) - accessible via third-party applications and clinical systems.

Each API ships with a capability statement, supported profiles, request headers, and a synthetic dataset for end-to-end testing.

Test against representative, synthetic data
The Sandbox provides a secure, standards-based testing platform with synthetic yet reliable datasets for Claims, Encounters, and Provider Directory data. It supports Patient Access and Provider Directory APIs, as well as Provider Access, Payer-to-Payer, and HL7® Da Vinci APIs - CRD, DTR, PAS, and CDex - so developers and partners can seamlessly test integrations, exercise end-to-end workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance.
